[01] The concept
The front nine of ownership is survival. You make payroll, find customers, and learn every job in the building because no one else can do it yet. Most owners are good at the front nine. They had to be.
The back nine asks different questions. Can the business run without you? What is it worth? What happens to the money once it stops needing you? That second half decides how the whole round ends, and almost nobody gets coached on it.
[02] Why Antwann built it
Antwann's experience spans banking, executive leadership, and business ownership. He moved from evaluating businesses to running them, helping grow an organization from under $1 million to more than $40 million in annual revenue. He has bought and sold companies of his own and bought, sold, and managed more than $250 million in real estate. Across multiple businesses, he has put structure, processes, and people behind a vision.
He also knows what it means to rebuild. Success taught him how to grow businesses. Adversity sharpened his understanding of what makes that work worth doing and who you need beside you when the plan changes.
Back 9 brings those lessons together. Antwann built it to help people define success for themselves and access the knowledge, relationships, and resources to pursue it. It reflects a belief he has lived: your experience can become the foundation for something greater.
Owners don't need another plan. They need a table, a team, and someone who has already played the back nine.
